We will be holding an open invite course at the Swan Centre dojo on Sunday 7th March 2010.
Starting at 1pm and ending at 5pm.
Cost will be £5.
The content will be Yonki-O.

Also please bring you weapons.

On Tuesday 2nd March, Gowaryu Aikido will be receiving Neil Saunders Sensei from Meikyokai Aikido, and some of this students.
